Nice effect!have a suggestion..pls don't mind..the ship is made up of metal..u could have used color dodge effect from the brush effect..to give that hard highlight..it would give it a realistic feel.try it..but the overall feel is nice!

Done in photoshop.The lay out is done in 3d.My attempt in it was adding conceptual light'g .
